2 new Scottsdale listings should be hitting the market soon.

Spoke to a client of mine who has their primary home and an investment property in Scottsdale that I'm probably going to be selling.

The one home is in DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ. DC Ranch is a master planned community is Scottsdale developed by DMB Communities. The homes in DC Ranch were built around 2000 - 2009. Great homes with a center park for the family to congregate around. The community also has 2 community pools and workout facilities. The community has everything from condominiums, townhomes, patio homes and single family homes. The homes are priced from $300k (condos) all the way to $20 million single family estates in the Silverleaf community. My listing will be priced between $1,300,000 - $1,500,000. Still need to work out the pricing so kept the range pretty wide for this post.

The other home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home located in Encantabello Estates. This is a nice gated community in the 85254 zip code and is the perfect investment home or starter home.
