I received a phone call to visit my listing at 17009 N 61st Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. The buyers were out in Phoenix
looking for a home and were relocating from Illinois.
I asked them why they weren't working with an agent. They said "I don't want to bother an agent to look at different homes".
My response was "Whether you work with me or not, always use an agent to buy a home. It costs you no money and as a fiduciary, an agent has to put their clients needs above their own". Plus, I've been selling homes for 16 years. I can answer questions about schools, nearby shopping, access to different places around town, family friendly neighborhoods, whether they are up and coming neighborhoods and any real estate trends.
Why not work with an agent that has your interests at heart. Whey try to buy a home by yourself when you can use the resources of a professional?
Let me know what you think.
