I toured a great community is Scottsdale called Lanes End. The builder is Camelot Homes, a 50 year old builder in Scottsdale / Phx market. They build quality homes that I would be happy to sell to my clients. I love that they are a local builder because their designs are timeless but also fit the design tastes of Phoenicians. The quality is also very good with a lot of upgrades already included in the base price.

Many of my clients want a new home with all the upgrades and modern finishes. Unfortunately, you can't find raw land to build any new homes to Lane's End is one of the few new build communities in Scottsdale that isn't North of the 101.

Located at the base of McDowell Mountain Ranch master planned community, it's located in a great family friendly neighborhood.
