Spent the day previewing homes in Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix, AZ.

I spent the day previewing homes in the Arcadia neighborhood in Phoenix, AZ. It actually is in Phoenix and Scottsdale and is a high demand neighborhood. Some could argue that Arcadia had the highest % increase in real estate values in the Phoenix metro area.

The Arcadia neighborhood is a great little neighborhood that was initially 5 acre citrus tracts of land. First developed in 1919, it's become one of the hottest areas of Phoenix. With easy access to Old Town Scottsdale, Central Phoenix, the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and views of Camelback, it's a desirable neighborhood. Homeowners also love the walkability, modern farmhouse design and family friendly nature and walkability of the neighborhood.

Many developers have purchased the older, ranch style homes and either remodeled them or scraped the home for the land and built new homes that have all the modern amenities.

It's not unusual for a fixer upper home to sell for $800k - 2 million depending upon the location and lot size. Due to this, homes sell from $1.5 million all the way to $8 million.

The homes I previewed were from $1.9 million all the way to $2.7 million. Take a look at some of the pictures and videos of the homes and let me know if you have any questions.
