Toured Rosewood Homes in North Scottsdale in their two communities

Took some clients to look at Rosewood Summit Estates in North Scottsdale (Jomax and Scottsdale Road). This is a 70 home community in the last phases. There are 5 more lots ready for a home and then the community is sold out.

Rosewood Estates is another local builder that builds some great homes with modern designs, timeless designs and a lot of upgrades as standard features. I've sold many of their homes to my clients and everyone has loved them.
