Toured this amazing home in North Central Phoenix

Went out with my buyers on Saturday looking at homes to buy. Focused on North Phoenix and North Central Phoenix. Husband works downtown Phoenix so staying close to the SR-51 was important. Max price point was $600,000.

Saw a lot of homes with different designs. Everything from tract homes to smaller custom builds. I saw this little rancher and fell in love with it. The home is located off 16th Street and Tuckee Street - the north part of North Central Phoenix. This has been a hot part of Phoenix. 25 years ago, you couldn't get me to even drive to North Central Phoenix. There were always some quaint neighborhoods but in general, this part of Phoenix was a bit run down with older ranch homes. A lot of the Phoenician population moved out to the Suburbs or Chandler, Gilbert and North part of Phoenix where the newer developments being built.

Let me know what you think about this home. The only downside I could see was that the garage had been converted to living space so my clients had a hard time paying $600k for a home that didn't have a garage.
